Terms and conditions
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
All orders are accepted subject to our standard terms & conditions of sale, but we reserve the right to refuse any order, even following the sending of an order acknowledgement email.
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
All products will be supplied to conform with current legislation. We reserve the right to alter or amend without prior notice. All sizes shown are nominal.
Postage and Packing
There is a £5.95 delivery charge for all orders under £75. For orders £75 and over delivery is free of charge.
Returns
Goods should be inspected when they arrive to make sure they are the correct type
and quantity and are in good condition. All goods should be free from defects and
are guaranteed for 30 days. If any goods do have any defect, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement if possible or a refund. Replacement items for defective goods will be sent after we have received them back in their original packaging at your cost.

If you wish to return goods because they are no longer required you must pay the carriage Costs and a handling charge of 30% will be charged.
Jurisdiction and Law
These Conditions and any act or contract to which they apply shall be governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of any act or contract to which these conditions apply shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
