Site Surveys
If you would like one of our team to visit your premises and advise you on what types of signs you need and the best place for them to be positioned, then please contact our sales team. Site surveys can help you with your obligations under Health and Safety legislation. The cost for a survey is £250 per visit. This cost can used as a credit against your next order from Koogan Safety, provided that the order is placed within 90 days of the visit and the order is valued £250 or more.
If you wish us to carry out a site survey please contact us to arrange a suitable date (Please bear in mind that a survey can normally take between 30mins and 4hours depending on how big your premises is and what type of survey is required).
Our site surveyors evaluate where your sign requirements are to be sited and can recommend the best types of material to use in different locations of your premises. Due to our history in safety signage we are also able to recommend any appropriate Health and Safety signage for you. This service can help our customers to cover their H&S responsibilities.
There are two types of surveys that we can carry out for you one is for corporate signage and general signage like internal way finding signage, signs for receptions and offices.
The other type of survey is a health and safety signs survey which we look at the signage you already have in place for hazardous areas, restriction signs, informative safety signs and we pay special attention to your fire exit signs looking at your exit routes.
Once we have carried out the survey we will send you a copy of the survey together with our recommendations for the right signs (Our surveys do not take the place of proper risk assessments but can help when one is carried out).
